Here are a few tips for getting your body ready for the big day.

6 weeks before your wedding day,

1. Balance your meals- Each meal should contain protein, a healthy fat, and fiber rich fruits and vegetables.

2. Eat more often- Eat five mini meals containing 250-300 calories and space them out two to three hours apart.

3. Carry a Cooler- This allows you to eat healthy not matter where you are.

4.Cardio- Cardio that works your lower body and your upper body burns more calories!

5. Blend Cardio and Weights

24 hours before your wedding day,

1. Drink plenty of water- Drink 8 ounces of water every hour!

2. Skip bed time snacks- stop eating at least 3 hours before you go to bed.

3. No gassy foods- as funny as that sounds, stay away from beans or asparagus!

The morning of,

1. Stretch!- relax and just take it all in!

2. EAT!- It's OK to eat, just make sure it is a protein and fiber rich meal. It will give you just enough energy with out upsetting the butterflies in your belly!
